With a trembling voice full of despair and helplessness, Ms. Simona M. contacted us by phone after opening the door to a room suddenly vacated by her former roommate. The mess left behind was the least of the problems—the real issue was that the roommate had abandoned pet rats, both dead and alive.

We resolved the situation for Ms. Simona the very next day. The job included removal of dead rats and droppings, capture of the live rats, and final disinfection of the entire room. The final “clean-up to perfection” was then completed by Ms. Simona herself, who, with relief, mentioned she would think very carefully before choosing another roommate in the future.
